Rock Cod and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) pieces Rock Cod
  • 4 c. (16 oz.) spinach, cleaned (stems on or off)
  • White pepper

Directions

Place 2 cups spinach in steamer. Then place the Rock Cod on top of the spinach. Dust lightly with white pepper. Steam the Rock Cod and Spinach for 4 minutes. Cover with 2 more cups spinach. Turn over and steam for another 4-5 minutes. Remove and serve.
