Oven Poached Salmon recipe


  • 1 lb of salmon
  • 1 teaspoon of butter.
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon of white wine.
  • Dash of dill


Spray a piece of foil and place the salmon in the center. Add the lemon juice and wine, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Add butter and dill; then bake for another 10 min.
