- 1 tbsp. each chopped fresh thyme, parsley and basil
- 1 tbsp. chopped capers
- 6 oz. olive oil
- 1 oz. each lime juice and lemon juice
- Pinch of black pepper and salt
- 4 Albacore Fillets, 8 oz.
Marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours. Grill over high heat until just done, basting with the marinade twice on each turn.
