Grilled Herb Albacore


  • 1 tbsp. each chopped fresh thyme, parsley and basil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped capers
  • 6 oz. olive oil
  • 1 oz. each lime juice and lemon juice
  • Pinch of black pepper and salt
  • 4 Albacore Fillets, 8 oz.


Marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours. Grill over high heat until just done, basting with the marinade twice on each turn.
