How to Cook a Live Lobster

Ingredients live lobsters boiling salted water melted butter Directions Bring a very large kettle of salted water to a rolling boil. Using long tongs, quickly but carefully lower live lobsters into the boiling water. Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until lobsters are bright red. Serve with melted butter for dipping.
